During this session you will be introduced to some wines from classic appellations made by small wine growers who work organically or biodynamically. These wines reflect the real expression of their terroir. Cheese and charcuterie will complement the tasting.

During this session you will be introduced to some wines made by wine growers who decided not to follow the demand of the appellation but who are producing some amazing and vibrant wines which are really personal to them, their terroir and the grapes they grow. Most of the time they are classified as Vin de Table.
