Born in Normandy, Guillaume moved to London in 1995. He opened the acclaimed “La Trouvaille” in 2001, one of the first restaurant to offer an organic and biodynamic wine list.
Following the success of La Trouvaille, Guillaume opened Antidote in 2011.
Having had years of experience in the industry and built great relationship with natural wine growers around Europe, he decided Antidote would focus on showcasing the best natural wine growers and offer the perfect wine experience to its customers in a relaxed atmosphere.
When it’s not about food and wine then it’s about music.
The man in charge
Chris began his career in Brittany, France, aged 15, working in a Relais & Chateaux.
He then moved to Paris where he worked during 3 years under Guy Savoy in the French capital and with the Troisgros brothers in Roanne before deciding to cross the English Channel.
Chris started his London career with Chef Pierre Koffmann at La Tante Claire restaurant, then established himself as a restaurant manager, working with Chef Nico Ladenis, Chef Albert Roux and Brett Graham at the Ledbury.
Member of Sea Shepherd and Surfer Against Sewage (SAS), Chris spend his free time surfing, skateboarding and drinking organic wines!
John was born and grew up in Edinburgh.
At the age of 16 he worked as a commis chef at the famous shooting and fishing Kinnaird house estate.
From that moment he knew he wanted to be a Chef.
Later on, he worked for 3 years under Chef Andrew Fairlie at the Gleneagles Hotel.
He then moved to London and joined Claude Bosi at Hibiscus for 2 years as a Sous Chef followed by an head Chef position at the corner room in Bethnal Green.
